Sales internshipThis is an opportunity to get in to higher end fashion and learn about the different aspects of the business. You will be working in a small fast paced fashion sales agency based in the heart of London’s East End which represents brands such as April 77, April 77 Records, Won hundred and Happy Socks.
You will see all aspects including sales appointments and research into brands. You must be efficient, organised and with a polite manner. A fashion related degree is preferable. We would train you in all the aspects of fashion brand management. Initially, building database of potential stockists, contacting existing stockists, attending trade fairs when necessary, building relationships with alliance partners and ultimately working towards increasing the sales of the brand.
There are also other opportunities within the company and if suitable, we would try and develop your existing skills.
Online Mens Fashion Store and Blog InternshipWe want the blog to be something different and not just a boring page, we feel that the blog will require constant managing with new content being added every few days.
We are looking for a bright, articulate person who can work a few days a week to manage, contribute and edit the blog. A good knowledge of mens fashion, accessories and trends is required. Brands currently sold on the website are: Rag & Bone, April 77, April 77 Records, New Balance, Fjallraven, Won hundred, Edwin, Pointer, Carhartt,Our Legacy and more. This is a great opportunity for a budding journalist to really contribute to and manage a very exciting project.
This would also include assisting with the day to day running of the store, including helping out at photo shoots, updating the site with new products liaising with customers. There will also be oppurtuntiy for you to creatively get involved to develop the look and feel of the site in conjunction with the online agency managing the site.
Terms of InternshipBoth positions are unpaid and for a period of 3-6months and for immediate start. They require a minimum of 2 days a week commitment in the office-however it will also be possible for you to work from home. We will contribute towards travel and lunch expenses and there will also be an allowance towards staff uniform. At the end of the period, we may offer employment to suitable candidates as we have done before with successful interns.
