GLASS BOUTIQUE T-SHIRT COMPETITION 08

TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. The competition is open to all residents of the British Isles, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or over, as at date of entry.

2. All entrants must supply their name and email address.

3. You must make sure you own all the intellectual property rights, including copyright and trade marks, of your competition entry. Make sure there is no legal obligation, contract or other restriction which would prevent you from entering your design in the competition.

4. The Prize for the winner is £250 cash plus £150 worth of Glass Boutique online vouchers. The winner will also be sent 5 t-shirts of their design.

5. The Runners Up each get £100 worth of vouchers to spend in the Glass Boutique online store. The Runners up will also be able to keep 5 t-shirts of their design.

6. If the winner is a UK resident, payment will be made through Paypal, cheque or cash at Glass Boutique discretion. For an international winner payment will be made through Paypal.

7. The prizes are as stated. There is no alternative.

8. The Runner up designs will be judged by Glass Boutique design professionals between the 7th June and the 20th June.

9. The winning design will be chosen purely by the highest number of online votes.

10. Glass Boutique's decision as to the winner is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

11. The Winner and Runners Up will be notified by the end of June 2008 by e-mail.

12. There is no limit on the number of designs entered per entrant, but the designers are reminded that they will be judged on the quality of their design NOT quantity!

13. In the event of any breach of these rules by the Winner and/or the Runners up, Glass Boutique reserves the right to immediately withdraw the prize(s).

14. The promoter of this competition is Glass Boutique.

15. Should circumstances arise beyond the control of the producers, Glass Boutique reserves the right to cancel the competition at any point.

16. All competition entries received will be assumed to be for publication on the Glass Boutique website and considered for entry into the Glass Boutique t-shirt competition.
Furthermore Glass Boutique reserves the right to any further use on an exclusive, royalty free, perpetual basis. Once entered, any designs remain the exclusive property of Glass Boutique.

17. By entering the competition entrants are bound by all the terms and conditions stated above.
