Returns Policy

RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

At Glass Boutique we offer a full refund returns policy on full priced items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition. Glass Boutique do not pay for return postage unless agreed with us prior.

To make a return simply complete the returns form included with your packing order and receipt within 28 days of placing your order. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Products including underwear and socks not sealed in their original packaging are not able to be returned for hygiene reasons.

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us and the sender (courier or mail service) has recorded receipt. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Unfortunately we cannot refund items that have been lost or damaged in transit from you to us.

Please send the completed returns form, the invoice/receipt that came with the order and the items to be returned in their original packaging (if applicable) and in original condition to:

CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY

Item/s ordered from the 7th November as Christmas presents can be returned up to 13th January 2012 providing they were purchsed as full priced items, they have not been worn and have the original labels attached. Please write "Gift" on your returns form so that your return can be processed accordingly. For sale items purchased as Christmas gifts please see our 'Discount Codes & Vouchers' section below.

FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM

If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please contact us at customerservices@glassboutique.co.uk quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

We'll always do our absolute best to look after you if we have messed up, unfortunately occasionally mistakes do happen.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Glass Boutique, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing quoting your order number to customerservices@glassboutique.co.uk. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 30 days of placing your order. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

DISCOUNT CODES & VOUCHERS

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on any sale items unless proven faulty outside of the 7 day ‘cooling off’ period as dictated by the UK Distance Selling Regulations. We will be happy to offer a like for like, size exchange or credit note for any unwanted Sale items, provided the items are in a re saleable condition.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons we do not refund or exchange on any underwear and swimwear. We may make exceptions if the garment has a protective strip. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/ aftershave or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these items have been marked or damaged in this way.

Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing it in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
